Support by Telephone

If you wish to communicate with other people who have similar problems from the privacy of your own home, HFI would like to put you in touch. All you need to do is join our Patient Advocacy Telephone Support network (PATS). This network is exclusively for patients with hepatitis who aren't near a support group or who simply prefer to talk one-on-one about hepatitis issues.

To join PATS, print out the form below and send it by snail mail to HFI at the address below. We will then enter you in our PATS database and contact you when appropriate. With your signed permission, we will share your phone number with a limited number of people with hepatitis B or C (your choice) who have joined our PATS network. You may have your personal information removed from our list at any time; just email us or drop us a note by regular mail.
