Participate
in a Survey
You now have the opportunity to help HFI by sharing your opinions in
a survey and helping to find a cure. HFI is partnering with with
Find a Cure Panel, an independent market research service to gather
the opinions of individuals infected with hepatitis. For each survey you complete, a minimum donation of $25
will be made directly to Hepatitis Foundation International on your
